- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
- If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will gladly assist you with filing a claim if needed.
