Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on hair bundles, wigs, closures, frontals, or other hair products that have been opened, worn, altered, brushed, washed, colored, cut, or otherwise tampered with.
If you receive the wrong item or a product that is defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will gladly replace the item if the claim is approved.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
